The service
Ovelo helps you maintain private ownership records, item details, documents, warranties, repairs, locations and identification labels. Your entries are organizational records, not proof of legal ownership, professional advice or an insurance valuation.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share administrator credentials or attempt to access records belonging to someone else.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, executable content, unlawful material or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not probe, disrupt or bypass authorization, quotas, rate limits or other safeguards.
Uploaded content
You remain responsible for your content and having permission to store it. You authorize Ovelo to process and store that content to provide the service. Avoid uploading secrets or information you do not need to retain.
Limits and backups
File types, sizes, storage and item counts are limited by the configured plan and safety controls. Unsupported or unsafe files may be rejected. Keep independent copies of important documents; Ovelo is not your sole backup.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for abuse, security reasons or violations of these terms. You may request deletion through account controls or contact support. Retention and backup limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
Service availability, reminders, integrations and third-party authentication depend on network and provider availability. Features may change and uninterrupted service or successful delivery of every notification is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we do not warrant that it will be error-free or meet every purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on user-entered records. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The last-updated date identifies this version. Contact contact@lightsout.in with service or account questions. No legal certification or regulatory compliance endorsement is claimed.
